Basically I filled for my I-140 NIW EB2 In April 2020 and I-485 in August 2020. My I-140 was approved in March 2021 and my I-485 still pending. In September I received and RFE which i replied in Sept 22. In Sept 23rd my status changed to Case Remains Pending.
