Hi, I was wondering if the older adjustable flame bic lighters from the 80's, used a different type of butane. I noticed the inside is different than the current bics, the older ones have a tube coming down from the valve. When I try to make them refillable by adding a butane valve, the gas squirts out from the jet/valve area on the top.
