Holosun 407c battery

As the title says my new holosun 507c v2 is not working on battery, only solar. Not sure what to do to fix it. Tried an energizer battery but no luck. Have a duracell coming in the mail tomorrow. Will see if that fixes it. It uses a cr1632 battery. Edit: It was the last one cabelas had so it is the display one. Not sure if that matters.
