Waste of money! I ordered a $90 bouquet of sunflowers and roses. Received 3 dead roses and one dead sunflower, with the rest of the bouquet consisting of grocery store freesia. After I complained I received a 20% refund. What a racket! Never again. Date of experience: March 01, 2024.

After being burned several times with online floral delivery companies that use local florists and allow 'substitutions' I had pretty much given up on using online flower deliveries. notably a 3-letter abbreviated company allowing a 50$ rose bouquet substitution of 50$ worth of carnations and lillies because the local florist had 'run out of roses' in the middle of January.1-800 Disappointment. I cannot recommend 1-800Flowers based on my recent experience. Despite a $90 expenditure, the delivered bouquet failed to resemble the advertised image. Upon notifying customer support, they offered a replacement the following day at no extra cost, accompanied by a $20 coupon for future orders.
