When visiting Portland, Maine, my friend and I wanted a quick meal. When looking through Yelp, Black Cow looked like a good option. The pictures made it appear as a brightly lit restaurant and we were tired from the day, so opted for take-out.. On arrival to pick up the order, I was surprised how dimly lit it was. I really liked the atmosphere.
