I would choose Armor, Strength, Endurance, Intelligence, Agility, Luck with your build. But I'm used to low Endurance builds where I only get Strength, Intelligence, Luck, and maybe the Armor or Agility if I'm careful. The regen implant is 1 hp every 10 seconds. There's no point to starting out with 10 Endurance. You shouldn't go higher than 9, because one of the 9 implants you get bumps Endurance by 1.
