Typically, I use: I run 30 vitality, 30 survival, 50 encumbrance, 10 grit, and throw the extra point or two into strength/accuracy. I wear gear that boosts encumbrance with a bearer pack.I personally think the stat boost is better it gives +20 to each stat and your thralls damage also get buffed still by your authority, but idk what's actually better. You need to have a specific reason to choose War Party. As far as builds go for pve, once you have a fighter thrall you can get through all the pve content with an encumbrance build. It's great for harvesting/building. I go with 1/10/30//20/41/15.
