Cactus is so good we came two nights in a row on a 3 day trip to Seattle. The poblano rellenos were excellent! We asked to replace the rice with the delicious blistered corn and they did. The first night we had the carne Assad a, also excellent. We had the flan for dessert and it was perfect. The staff are super friendly and quick.
