So I reached the Arcane Tower in the Underdark, spoilers for those who haven't. At first I looked through the whole place, managed to reach the bottom of the tower and found the Sussur Bloooms. Didn't know what to do with them and after a quick search I found that you have to put one in the elevator power generator to power the thing.
